All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to Bagdogra Taxi
On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s Bagdogra Taxi. A contract exists between Bagdogra Taxi and the Buyer when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end.
For the services contracted, a minimum initial deposit of 25% of the total cost is to be paid to M/s Bagdogra Taxi.
Balance payment is to be made 10 days prior to the date of arrival. Any booking made within 10 working days from the date of arrival would be considered to be a late booking the entire estimated booking value need to be deposited at the time of booking itself.

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

Refund for unused/unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) will be based on the above cancellation policy. Refunds may take 2–4 weeks depending on bank processes. Bank charges will be deducted.
It is mandatory for all guests to provide valid Photo ID. Below are required:
Cost of extra vehicle usage is not included. Any additional usage will incur extra charges.
If there are hikes in government taxes or fees after tour finalization, those will be charged extra. Rates are subject to change without prior notice based on supplier pricing.
Bagdogra Taxi acts only as an agent for services. Contracts are between clients and third-party providers like hotels and transport.
We reserve the right to change the itinerary for safety or operational reasons without refund. Force majeure events like natural calamities, strikes, etc., are beyond our control.
Bagdogra Taxi is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage due to third parties' actions or negligence. Clients use equipment and services at their own risk.
We do not provide travel insurance. Clients are advised to arrange their own. Personal belongings are clients’ responsibility.
We may cancel services if deemed necessary and will refund appropriately. We reserve the right to refuse service without explanation.
All disputes arising from this agreement are subject to Siliguri court jurisdiction only.
